HAIR
FOR BOYS
- Boys’ hair should be short, neat, simple and natural colour. Fringe when combed down should not touch or cover the eyebrows. Or it will be cut off accordingly.
- Sideburns should not touch the tips of the ears or cover the ears.
- Hair at the back of the neck should be sloped and clearly above the collar.
- Boys are not allowed to keep long side-burns, permed hair, punk/spiky hair-styles or dyed hair, Students with dyed hair will not be allowed attend the class.
- The overall hair appearance should be well-kept. STUDENTS ARE ALSO TO BE NEAT AND CLEAN-SHAVEN AT ALL TIMES.
GIRLS
- Girls who have shoulder-length hair or hair touching the collar must tie up their hair at all me.
- Fringes not clipped must be above the eye-brow.
- Long fringe or loose hair must be clipped away from the face.
- Dyeing or tinting of hair is strictly not allowed. Students with dyed hair shall not be allowed to a end the class.
- The overall hair appearance should be neat, simple styled and well-kept
- Hair should be ed up in double plaits, no ponytail or fanciful/strange hairstyles are allowed.
- Hair accessories should be white/black colour.( ribbon should be white)
- Caps are not to be worn inside the school building.
- Students are forbidden to wear makeup or eyeliner (celak).
- Fingernails must be short, clean and unvarnished.
- Students are not allowed to wear any form of jewellery. Only girls are allowed to wear one pair of earrings (small gold/silver/simple ones of same design only).
- No ear sticks, bracelets, rings, necklaces, chins, brooches, waistbands or pouches are to be worn with the school uniform.
Offences and consequences
Guide lines on consequences for misconduct
- 1st Time:Advice by Class teacher/Subject Teacher
- 2nd Time:Warning to be recorded in the school offence module, follow-up action by the teacher in charge of the discipline.
- 3rd Time: Case to be referred to Assistant Dean (Discipline) for case management documentations Special note on carrying mobile phone to the school
- Students are strictly prohibited to carry mobile phones to the school. If found it shall not be given back at any time and the student shall be suspended for a period of time.
- Students are not allowed to ride their bike to school.
